Cancellation Requests by Customers

Before Order Processing:

If you wish to cancel your order and we have not yet processed it, simply notify us by reaching out at store.themoodmerch@gmail.com.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will promptly cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your account within 3-4 business days.

After Order Processing:

If your order has already been printed or shipped, we regret that we will not be able to approve your cancellation request. At this stage, the product is already in its delivery lifecycle, and standard return or replacement policies will apply if applicable.

Important Notes:

Cancellations are only applicable for orders that are in the pre-processing stage. Once the product enters the printing or shipping phase, cancellation is no longer possible.

We encourage customers to double-check their orders (such as product details, size, color, and shipping address) before confirming the purchase to avoid the need for cancellations.
