All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, so please ensure the details are accurate. Additionally, confirmation of our services will be sent to the email address you registered during the sign-up process.

Steps to Request a Return or Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective product, here’s how you can initiate a return or replacement request:

  1. Attach clear images/videos of the product, with the defect prominently visible, to your email.

  2. Include a photo of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.

  3. Share images of the original packaging, including the shipping label, for verification.

Choose a Resolution:
 

  1. After we verify the defect, you can opt for either a refund or a replacement, and we will process your choice at no extra cost.

Returns for Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return or exchange a product that has no defects (e.g., for a different size, color, or personal preference), we regret to inform you that such requests are not covered under our return or replacement policy.
